Stamford Nub News has joined forces with a regular reader to share a 'Cocktail of the Week' feature.

Hey guys, here's another cocktail of the week from me, Josh. This week's cocktail is the Coffee Cream

This cocktail was served in the Ritz Hotel, London as an after dinner drink.

The ingredients needed are:

• 15ml malibu coconut rum
• 25ml kahlua
• 15ml banana liquor
• 50ml double cream

Method:

1. Add all ingredients to a boston shaker with ice
2. Shake thoroughly and strain into a coupe glass
3. Garnish with coffee beans - if you have them
4. Enjoy
