Stamford Candidates for May's South Kesteven District Council elections confirmed

Candidates for the local elections taking place in Stamford, and across the country, in May have been confirmed.

In the South Kesteven District Council elections, 2 candidates will be selected for each Stamford Ward.

Candidates will be elected for 4 Wards in Stamford.

Stamford All Saints Ward:

  1. Breda-Rae Griffin - Conservative (currently holds the seat on SKDC)
  2. Habib Rahman - Liberal Democrat
  3. Nicola Sandall - Conservative
  4. Max Sawyer - Independent

Stamford St George's Ward:

  1. Angela Michelle Carter-Begbie - Reform UK
  2. Gloria Johnson - Conservative (currently holds the seat on SKDC)
  3. Rhea Natasha Rayside - Liberal Democrat

Stamford St John's Ward:

  1. Richard James Cleaver - Independent
  2. Robert Sandall - Conservative
  3. Susan Jennifer Sandall - Conservative (currently holds the seat on SKDC)

Stamford St Mary's Ward:

  1. Harrish Bisnauthsing - Liberal Democrat (currently holds the seat on SKDC)
  2. Judi Clarke - Green Party
  3. Julie Clarke - Independent
  4. Jane Kingman - Conservative

With voters going to the polls on 4 May, voters are being reminded to ensure that they hold appropriate voter ID. Find out more here.
