East Midlands Trains and the industry regulator The Office of Rail and Road are working together to improve the way rail travellers' complaints are handled in future.

They have jointly commissioned this research to find out how satisfied you were with the handling of a complaint you made to East Midlands Trains. The particular complaint we are interested in was registered on 17/01/2023 and had the reference 1163270.

A spokesperson for the working group said: "If you can, we would really like you to help. The survey is being run by an independent company called M·E·L Research to allow you to give your opinions anonymously.

"Our short survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete."

The group thanked participants very much for their help.
