Yesterday, Tuesday 13 December 2022, two men broke into the former VW garage and Covid vaccination centre in Uffington Road, Stamford, and stole a ladder being stored inside.
A glass window was broken in the process.
The burglary took place at 7.20pm, and the perpetrators left in a flat-bed vehicle.
Lincolnshire Police have recently appealed for witnesses to a wave of similar thefts and break-ins in Bourne, as well as the villages of Cawthorpe, Dyke and Morton: "We are warning residents in Bourne and the surrounding areas to check their outbuilding security following 19 break-ins in just over three weeks.
"All but one of the offences have all taken place in the hours of darkness, with the majority occurring during weekends, in Bourne town centre and the villages of Cawthorpe, Dyke and Morton.
"We are particularly keen to see any CCTV footage, doorbell footage or dashcam which might have captured any of the incidents and those responsible. We would ask anyone in the below areas who has a camera to check the footage recorded and submit it to us if it may help our investigations."
If you witnessed this crime or have any information, contact Lincolnshire Police online or by calling 101 quoting incident 356 of December 13.
