2023 started on the wrong foot for a laptop owner, whose device was stolen from a vehicle in Easton on the Hill near Stamford early this week.

At 3:09am on Wednesday 4 January, a laptop was stolen from a vehicle on Easton on the Hill, and it appears that the perpetrator may have been caught on camera.
