Ketton Library is helping new school starters get ready for school as the summer holidays draw to a close.

New school starters, and those who are nervous about returning to school this September can head to Ketton Library to pick up some literature on beginning the new school term.

Ketton Library has set up a display of books including titles such as 'I Have to Start at School Today' and 'Lulu's First Day.'

A spokesperson for the group said: "If you have a little one starting school or nursery this year, Rutland Libraries has lots of lovely books that could help them to prepare or get used to their new routine.

"Sharing a story can be a great way to get little ones ready for the first day of school and help with a range of feelings and emotions.

"See the displays at Ketton Library, check out our online catalogue or just ask on your next visit to any Rutland Library!"

Ketton Library is located 67 High St, Ketton, Stamford PE9 3TE.
