Upp are building a "fast, reliable network in the East Midlands and East of England towns that need it the most".

Since they first launched their service in Stamford in September 2021, Upp broadband have expanded across Lincolnshire and Norfolk and even into Rutland and Leicestershire. However, despite their recent and rapid growth, the community remains at the heart of everything they do.

The broadband provider has supported several Stamford organisations, including the Stamford Flower Club and the Second Helpings Café and Community Fridge. Upp has also been one of the main sponsors of the Santa Fun Run for the past two years, with all funds raised donated to Sue Ryder Thorpe Hall Hospice, Stamford MindSpace and The Rotary Club of Stamford Burghley.

They also attended, just over the county boarder into Rutland, the Rutland Music Festival by Carolyn Acton-Reed in July 2022.

Ms Acton-Reed, on 16 January 2023, has confirmed that the music festival will be returning in 2023.

Mary Freeland, Upp Campaign Manager, said: ""We love to support the local community, and that is as much about giving our time as it is money. Villages often get left behind and forgotten about, but they need great connectivity, and community enterprises, as much, if not more, than the larger towns."
