The Stamford Cheese & Deli shop on Stamford High Street is up for sale.

The shop is up for sale as a leasehold property and includes all stock, fixtures, and online business, and new owners are expected to continue trade.

Started originally on St Mary's Stamford, the demand for the shop grew, prompting it to move to larger premises on Stamford High Street.

The shop is on the market with LHH Solutions Ltd, who have said: "Stamford Cheese and Deli in the bustling heart of Stamford is for sale. This High Street and Online business has grown year on year and is incredibly popular and well supported. Its growth potential is huge."

Accounts show a turnover of over £365,000 last year, with a strong profit margin.

The online aspect of this business has grown exponentially, and is a major part of the business strength.

Included in the sale is the three storey stone block building under a slate roof, including the shop itself, as well as the cellar and rear/side courtyard, which are already included within the demise of the Landlord and Tennent Act (54) lease.

Two further floors above are available with the consent of the landlord.

The shop is on the market for £200,000 + VAT.

The shop opens on:

Monday - Friday (9:30am-4:00pm)

Saturday (9:30am-5:00pm)

Sunday (10:00am-1:00pm)
