Stamford could welcome new dental practice
Stamford could welcome a new dental practice assuming planning permission is granted to convert a town centre building.
If planning permission is granted to convert a four-bedroom house into a new practice, Stamford residents could be welcoming a new dental practice.
The Elegant Smiles team hope to open a branch in Stamford by renovating Castle Dyke's Warrenne House.
Find the application on the South Kesteven District Council website by searching (S23/0079).
This will not only provide more options for residents seeking dental care, but will create jobs in the area.
It is not yet clear if the practice would accept NHS patients.
However, Stamford Town Council has objected to the plans, arguing that the construction of a new gateway being constructed within a stone wall may be detrimental to local heritage.
