Stamford residents share their favourite snaps of the area

We asked you to send in your top pictures of the local area - including snaps of your favourite landmarks and locations in and around Stamford.

Stamford Nub News readers did not disappoint, and have sent in some shots of the breathtaking scenery and architecture taken in and around the historic market town.

Phil sent in an artistic shot of Burghley House taken during a recent visit the to stately home located on the outskirts of town.

Meanwhile, Roxanne has sent in her favourite snaps of a busier version of Stamford.

She also shared this colourful shot of Stamford on Market Day, every Friday.

She also sent us a colourful shot of the stained glass at St John's Church, the home to the Stamford and District Lions annual Christmas tree display and fundraiser.

Another resident shared their shot of the houses located opposite The George Hotel in the glorious summer spring, taken earlier this year.

Directly across the road, and one not to be missed, is the stunning George Hotel.
