Stamford Rugby will face Dunstablians at home this weekend, Saturday 4 March.

Stamford Rugby are preparing themselves for a win this weekend as they face Dunstablians at home.

Dunstablians, not known for performing well away, are at the bottom of the 12-team league table, while Stamford sit at number 5.

Stamford are in high spirits after their win against neighbouring team, The Mighty Oaks, last weekend, winning by a 3 point margin, the score at the final whistle 19 - 15.

The match will be taking place at the Stamford ground, Hambleton Road, Stamford, PE9 2RZ, at 2:15pm, with pre game drinks and food available to pre book.

Following this match, Stamford have 2 more games before their season is over. They will be facing Long Buckby on Saturday 11 March, and rounding off the season with a competitive game against Stockwood Park, who currently sit at number 6 in the league.

While this weekend there will be no Six Nations games, on Saturday 11 and 18, the club will be hosting screenings of the final few Six Nations Games, so you can enjoy local and national rugby as the season winds down.
