A Grantham teenager admitted carrying out three offences on the same day when he appeared at Lincoln Crown Court.

On 18 November 2022, James Price stole £500 cash, a BMW key, jewellery, gold bullions and more than £80 worth of diesel fuel in a single day.

Price, 18, of Grantham's Tennyson Avenue, pleaded guilty to three incidents, which were reported to Lincolnshire Police in the matter of a few hours in November last year.

Price admitted to burgling a home in Braemar Close, Stamford, in which £500 cash and BMW keys were stolen at approximately 2.15pm.

Jewellery and gold were also taken from a property in Church Gate in Deeping St James.

Price also admitted that on the same day, he made off without paying for £80.68 of diesel from a Langton service station.

He also admitted to conspiring to steal in between January and February 2021. In this instance, he is accused of conspiracy to steal tools from a builders' merchant.

He is further accused of a burglary in Deeping St James in September 2021, in which he allegedly stole an Audi car key and house keys. He denies this, as well as the theft of an Audi S3 on the same day.

Judge James House KC adjourned the case to Monday 3 April, and remanded Price into custody.
