Coronavirus crisis: Heritage tours of historic Stamford school go online

Annual tours to celebrate Lincolnshire's rich history, including that of Stamford Endowed Schools, have this year moved online.

The Lincolnshire Heritage Open Days, which were due to occur at the Schools across the weekends of September 12-13 and September 19-20 with people able to enjoy the glorious school surroundings.

Sadly, this year's tours have been cancelled due to the ongoing global pandemic, but the histories of the Schools can still be explored remotely, from the comfort of your own homes.

The link found here will allow you to explore 800 years of St Paul’s Chapel Stamford, spanning history from 1220 until the current day.

People can also click here to read a brochure which goes into even more detail.
