Stamford Nub News has joined forces with a regular reader to share a 'Cocktail of the Week' feature.

Back following a week off, here is Josh with this week's boozy creation to get the weekend going:

Hey guys, this week's cocktail of the week is a whisky orange sour.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml of your favourite whisky
• 25ml of triple sec
• Dash of orange juice
• 25ml lemon juice
• 3 dashes of angostura bitters
• 1 egg White OR 50ml of aqua faba (the juice from a can of chickpeas)

Method:

1. Add to a Boston shaker with ice
2. Shake hard for as long as your arms can manage
3. Strain into a tumbler
4. Enjoy
