Construction is underway at a new VOM FASS store situated in Stamford.

Located at the former home of Colemans, 1 - 2 St Paul's Street in Stamford, the new store will stock VOM FASS classics, such as oils, vinegar and craft spirits and more.

VOM FASS is a specialty grocery store chain offering gourmet foods, craft spirits, olive oil and vinegar.

Most of their classic vinegars are made by the VOM FASS team, in their own distillery. For those that are not, they maintain strong relationships with their suppliers to ensure the highest quality.

They also stock gin, grappa, flavoured brandies, cream liqueurs, ready-made cocktail range and seasonal consumables, as well as olives, mustards, spice sets, chutneys, pastas, baked good, fruit spreads, veg, wine, bubbly and more.

The Stamford team are "working away as fast as we can! Loving all the excitement and support from the community. We are excited to meet all of our neighbours and local businesses!"

As they wait to open their doors, the team are sharing healthy recipes using some of their ingredients, as well as more progress pictures of the store coming together.

An official opening date is yet to be announced.

Follow them on Facebook to find out more.

Alternatively, head to the VOM FASS UK website.
