On Monday 20 February, Stamford Arts Centre are hosting an event to help those living with long term health conditions to live a healthy life.

The event, which will take place from 1pm until 4pm, will allow attendees to ask a range of questions and meet others suffering with long term health conditions.

Topics for discussion are:

• healthy eating
• physical activity
• mental wellbeing

On the agenda is:

• 'Move to Your Mood' physical routine
• MindSpace Stamford's 5 Ways to Wellbeing
• healthy eating with One You Lincolnshire
• and much more

The event has been organised by South Kesteven District Council (SKDC), and supported by Stamford Health Education & Awareness Charity (SHEAC), Neighbourhood Working, Lincolnshire, and Stamford & District Lions.
