Snow is causing slow traffic and delays on the roads this morning, Friday 10 March 2023.

UPDATE at 12:30pm:

Congestion on roads surrounding Stamford has dissipated.

Minor hold ups remain in the centre of town.

Bin lorries are slowing traffic across the district as they undertake their duties despite the snow, with caution.

Local people and the Police have been warning of traffic on the following roads:

A606 in between Stamford and Oakham - slow traffic

A606 at Barnsdale - cars stuck coming up the hill out of Oakham

A1175 Uffington Road - congested between Stamford and Uppingham

A43 - congestion in between Stamford and Collyweston

A43 crossroads in Duddington - congestion

Scotgate - congestion

B1443 Barnack Road - congestion joining the A43
