National Grid working to restore power in North West Stamford

Power is set to be restored to North West Stamford tonight at around 9pm.

The National Grid are working to restore power to Radcliffe Road, Casterton Road, Scotgate, parts of Empingham Road and the surrounding lanes and cut-de-sacs this evening.

A 'Low Voltage incident' has taken place, resulting in a power outage.

Homes in the PE9 post code are have been affected.

They have messaged residents informing them that the power should be restored by 9pm this evening.

Any vulnerable residents should call 0800 6783105.
